Mike Brennan

Mike Brennan, LC

Mike Brennan, founding partner and co-principal of Envirobrite, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Prior to joining Envirobrite, Mike experienced working in a wide range of fields, both in the restaurant industry and in sports marketing for the NBA’s Orlando Magic.

An entrepreneur by nature, Mike jumped at the opportunity to join Von and Jason Plourde to start Envirobrite. Since then, he has started numerous other businesses in many different industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, property management and land development.

As co-founder and principal, Mike acts as the director of all operations and staff. He enjoys the challenge of growing a successful business, and is an integral part of the day-to-day business, including playing an active role in product development and refinement, production and distribution. Currently, Mike lives in Lake Mary, Florida with his wife Gina and has two children.

Jason Plourde

Jason Plourde, LC

Jason Plourde, founding partner and co-principal of Envirobrite, graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Industrial Marketing. After graduating, Jason immediately began writing the business plan for Envirobrite and officially founded the company in 1994. Since then, the company has grown to over 100 employees and is recognized as a premier provider of energy saving products worldwide. Jason currently resides in Sanford, Florida with his wife Amber and has four children.

JR Oquendo

JR Oquendo

JR Oquendo is the director of operations and new product development for Envirobrite. JR has 22 years of experience in the industry, with 12 of the last 22 years in the field of engineering.

JR is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics. JR’s education also includes engineering studies abroad at the University of Puerto Rico and six Sigma Black Belt Certifications from the Air Academy Institute sponsored by Boeing/Pratt Whitney.

His experience in engineering is diverse, having held multiple roles in a variety of industries. Most notably, JR worked in new product development for aerospace products and was co-partner of a successful company in the manufacturing of flight critic sensors, such as Resistance Temperature Devices (RTD) and indicators. In the field of telecommunications, JR has worked in engineering manufacturing and management for products such as filters, oscillators, crystal, fiber optics systems and luminaries.

JR is responsible for introducing Envirobrite to the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) initiative, and is also credited with developing a multi‐functional engineering team equipped with state of the art software and programming. He has also developed two new products at Envirobrite – OFO, and CooLED.

Kyle Eyrich

Kyle Eyrich

Kyle Eyrich joined Envirobrite in 2008 as the production manager, bringing more than 20 years of manufacturing and management experience. Kyle began his manufacturing career in the automotive industry at a Tier 1 supplier. He has worked for GM Delco Products, ITT Automotive, Valeo Corporation, and Hudson Technologies, where he furthered his manufacturing experience in the deep draw and semi-precious metal industry. His specific experience in manufacturing includes work as a department manager, NYS certified journeyman, toolmaker and machine repairperson. He also has experience as a lead skilled trades supervisor in fabrication, industrial engineering in fabrication, shaft and commutator fabrication.

Kyle was responsible for implementing lean manufacturing initiatives at Valeo. He was also responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing systems and the facilitation of Kaizen and multi-skill training events for Hudson Technologies. Kyle is also an active member of American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Kyle currently resides with his wife, Colleen, in Palm Coast, Florida.

Dominic Cerce

Dominic Cerce

Dominic joined Envirobrite in 2005 as the assembly supervisor/manufacturing engineer, with more than 10 years of experience in metal fabrication and assembly. In 2008, Dominic assumed the position of engineering manager.

Prior to joining Envirobrite, Dominic worked in engineering management for a variety of companies, most notably Metalade Fl, Inc., where he held the position of engineering manager and was responsible for the design, pricing and implementation of all new products and processes. He was also the software administrator for the company’s ERP/MRP system.

Dominic has been trained in various CAD, CAM and rendering software systems including Solidworks, AutoCAD, Photopia and AG132. Dominic has contributed significantly to cost reductions in engineering and product costs at Envirobrite by leveraging his work experience and training in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies and Design for Six Sigma while redesigning existing products and developing new products.

Josh Bond

Josh Bond, LC, CLMC

John bond joined Envirobrite in 2001 as part of a collegiate internship program and was later promoted to sales territory manager/sales engineer. Josh received his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida and an Associate degree in business development from Florida State University. Josh has also received his CLMC certification from the International Association of Lighting Management (NALMCO) in 2008 along with receiving the Occupancy Sensor Training certification.

Josh is responsible for maintaining the existing customer base and informing potential new customers about Envirobrite’s products and services through trade shows, information sessions and customer visits. Josh has been the keynote speaker at several professional sales programs and events.

Aaron Wood

Aaron Wood

Aaron Wood joined Envirobrite in 2003 as an administrative assistant/customer service agent and was later promoted to sales territory manager. He is currently responsible for servicing the existing customer base and also providing information on Envirobrite products and services with potential customers. Previously, Aaron worked as an inside sales representative for Ace Distributors, Inc.

Chuck Hansbrough

Chuck Hansbrough

Chuck Hansbrough is a graduate of Seminole College and joined Envirobrite in 2008 as the sales and marketing manager. He is responsible for overseeing the sales and customer service departments, managing, directing and coordinating activities involving the sales of manufactured lighting products. He consults with customers, plans marketing services and provides feedback on new technology and customer specifications. Chuck represents Envirobrite at trade show association meetings and shows to promote Envirobrite’s products.

Previously, Chuck worked as the regional sales manager for a major retail store and was director of operations for a specialty retail company, overseeing operations and procedures for 1,800 retail locations in the US. He also initiated operations and procedure programs for various specialty retail store chains to include creating training programs, as well as “service after the sale” programs to enhance customer service.
